Is their any answear why Indian Bowlers cant bowl strict line n length? Is bowling coach(Venkatesh Prasad) responsible for that?

I m not sure about this
it may b as it is said that d success of a teacher(guru) is seen through his studnt
Perhaps it may b tht either V.Prasad is responsible or the bowlers r not able 2 tak all the things of V.Prasad
Because what a coach can only teach,give tips etc reat the one who goes to play in the ground is not the coach but the player itself……………….
